IMPORTANT We inform all our guests that from August 06th 2021 every European Community citizens must show the Green Pass, as well as a document of recognition at the entrance of the main Italian monuments and museums as well as every indoor bar and restaurant
For guests arriving from outside Europe it will be required:
a document of recognition
a proof of Covid vaccination, or the negative result of the Covid test 48 hrs prior the museum entrance.
Those who do not possess the above mentioned documents will NOT be able to enter. No exceptions or refund will be made.
Please note that due to current Coronavirus, the Italian Government's directives and safety policies, all customers will be required to bring and wear it’s own mask during the entire visit. Temperature checks will also take place at tour venues; if your temperature is above 37.5°C you will unfortunately not be able to attend the tour.
Please be sure to arrive at the tour departure point 20 minutes before the starting time. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated, and missed tours or tickets will not be refunded.
Please let us know in advance any special need or impaired mobility of the clients and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Please note that photography is prohibited inside the Convent of Santa Maria delle Grazie and the Duomo. (Photography is permitted on all other parts of the tour.)
Important to Bring:
A small purse or camera bag only (no backpacks or large shoulder bags). Security checks at some sites restrict the size of bags that can be brought inside.
Clothing that covers your knees and shoulders. Entry into the Convent of Santa Maria delle Grazie requires adherence to these dress codes.
Good walking shoes, a hat, and sunscreen. Many parts of the itinerary are not shaded.Entrance tickets to the museum and Teatro della Scala. The ticket is valid for 24 hours and will allow entry to the museum and theater on the following day

You can cancel or modify your tour date and time up to 96 hours before arrival/ departure free of charge. If your tour modification is of greater value, you are subject to the price increase.
Any cancellations made within 96 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult to join a tour or an activity.
