Private Car Transfer Night: to/from Florence Airport to City Center 10:00pm to 6:59am

Florence Airport on ARRIVAL: 

Meet your professional, courteous and experienced chauffeur at a  pre-arranged meeting point at the Airport. They will bring you to your destination in Florence in comfort and style. 

Florence Airport on DEPARTURE:

 Meet your personal driver at a pre-arranged pick-up point in  Florence and we will take care of all the rest. You will arrive at the train station safely and in style.  

Hours of service: Available 10 pm - 6:59am, 7 days a week.

• Holiday surcharge - December 24th, 25th,31st and January 1st, Easter, May 1st, August 15th
• High-frequency events:
  - Fashion week in Milan
  - Pitti in Florence
  - Any pre-agreed events from time to time 

Choose your vehicle based on the number of passengers and your luggage:

Sedan (up to 3 passengers): 3 people -  maximum luggage per this car type: 3 large bags (69X49X31cm)  

Minivan (up to 6 passengers):  6 people  - maximum luggage per this car type: 6 large bags (69X49X31cm)  

Minivan XXL (up to 8 passengers): 8 people - maximum luggage per this car type: 8 large bags (69X49X31cm)

*** Please note: If you have oversized luggage (for example surfboards, golf clubs, bikes, etc) there may be certain restrictions. Please inquire prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. If you exceed  the recommended luggage capacity, any resulting inconvenience is your responsibility.

Extras: we offer the following services for an  additional charge. These options will be available to add on once you make your initial selections.

Delay charge per hour  $ 51 per sedan; $65 per minivan; $72 per minivan XXL

In case of delays: If you are delayed for any reason,  our drivers will allow for a grace wait period to a specified time (see below). Once this time has lapsed, we apply an additional hour for every hour the driver must wait. 

Airports - 1 hour * 

Port - 30 minutes 

Train station - 20 minutes 

Accommodations - 20 minutes 

 *At airports, the wait time of the driver begins at the time the flight is scheduled to land  (unless agreed upon otherwise).

*Due to Covid Restrictions Vehicles are Sanitized after every use, Drivers will wear a mask, all Sanitary Precautions are taken.
