Pizza and Gelato Making Class

Learn the art of making the perfect pizza pie and then finish it off with Italy’s favorite dessert, gelato! In this 3 hour class, your chef will start by teaching you how to make an authentic Italian pizza. From there, you will learn what ingredients go into creating the creamy and delicious Italian gelato!

Your chef will teach you how to create a paper-thin crust topped with zesty tomato sauce and finished with your favorite toppings. Watch your pizza bubble and bake with cheesy goodness. After your pizza is complete you will learn how to make creamy gelato. Hear the history of this notorious frozen dessert and learn the secrets behind its unique and vibrant colors and flavors.
