About the Tour:

Great for history buffs, foodies, and those with limited time to explore the Tuscan countryside, this day trip lets you experience the highlights of the region. Your group will visit the the famous leaning Tower of Pisa, and the beautiful Florence city with its artists on every corner.  


Tour Itinerary:

Stop 1:  Pisa
Your driver will meet you at the Hotel in Rome at 7:30AM, you’ll embark via multiple minivans for the 3.5 hour drive to Pisa. Once you've arrived, at 11:00 am, you'll have about 1 hour of free time at the famous Piazza dei Miracoli (Miracle Square), a grand, UNESCO-listed plaza anchored by the city's dazzling medieval baptistery and cathedral—along with its uniquely tilting campanile, better known as the Leaning Tower of Pisa. 

Optional enjoy your lunch here with your group before departing for Florence.

Stop 2: Florence 

Your driver will have you on the road by 12:30 for your one hour drive to Florence.  Your group will have 2.5 to 3 hours to shop and enjoy the artists and people that flock to the piazza's.    

Private Excursion to Florence & Pisa from Rome Depart Florence using 3 Mercedes Vans (choosing vans because anything larger will get socked with fees and red tape in all three cities). 

INCLUDED: 

A Minimum of 3 Mercedes vans with English speaking driver (we may need 4 vans due to covid restrictions)  

Depart Rome at 7:30AM.   Drive time from Rome to Pisa 3.5hrs.  

Arrive in Pisa at 11:00AM.   Spend 1 hour on your own at the Tower.  

Have lunch on our own in Pisa (recommended) or head directly to Florence for Lunch and free time 

Depart for Florence at 12:30 to 13:30

Drive time from Pisa to Florence 1 Hour 

You will have 2.5-3  hours in Florence.   We can give you a pdf of the things to do or take the guide.   We can't cut down guides time as they have minimum's.

  • Please be sure to arrive at the tour departure point 15 minutes before the starting time. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated, and missed tours or tickets will not be refunded.
  • Unfortunately, wheelchairs and strollers cannot be accommodated on this tour.

  • Good walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen, and bottled water. Many parts of the itinerary are not shaded.
